RFK Jr. (D) Throws Support Behind Former President Trump

August 23, 2024 10:56pm CST
Realistically, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. believes, "In my heart, I no longer believe that I have a realistic path to electoral victory in the face of this relentless, systematic censorship and media control.... I cannot honestly tell my staff, volunteers, and campaign donors that I have a real path to the White House." He said in a speech from Phoenix Arizona. Kennedy, 70, later said that he supports Trump citing their alignment on many key issues. -- ending "forever wars" -- ending "childhood epidemics" -- agreeing upon securing the border -- protecting freedom of speech -- tackling the chronic disease epidemic *RFK Jr is also the author of New York Times Bestselling book, The Real Anthony Fauci ; Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health" You can read more from The Epoch Times about RFK Jr's recent announcement of his support and backing up of Trump.
Kennedy said he’s withdrawing his name from the ballot in battleground states.

It was a good speech and I think he absolutely made the right decision. I actually wrote an opinion piece on his decision this morning for HubPages, but it is still in editorial review at the moment.

Even Robert F. Kennedy Jr´s siblings think that this is high treason to the beliefs of their family. What does the rest of America think?

I think most Americans are on his side. This was not an easy decision for him. But when you listen to the speech, the reasons he lays out all make perfect sense...at least to anyone thinking. Do I support his ideology on many issues? No. But can I support his decision and understand why he made it? Yes. Do I support his decision based on that? Yes. Would I ever vote for him? No.

He NEVER had a realistic shot at winning. He was a spoiler who MAGA supported in an attempt to help Trump. He looks like an absolute fool after running as a Democrat and then switching in Independent and now endorsing Trump.

@porwest They thought he would be a spoiler for Harris but that did not turn out to be the case which is why he has suspended his campaign and endorsed Kamala. Anyone who isn't MAGA brainwashed saw that he supported Trump. That's why it is so pathetic that he went from being a Democrat candidate to Independent to now endorsing Trump.

You are backwards on this. He was a spoiler for HARRIS. Not Trump. If Kennedy would have stayed in the race it would have helped Harris. It was part of the reason he dropped out. He didn't want to help Harris. As for your assessment, perhaps you should listen to his speech wherein he laid out exactly why he left the Democrat party. Of course, you'd probably be critical of it anyway. Because he speaks the truth, of course, and that's something you don't like to hear.

@NJChicaa The first part of your comment confuses me. He NEVER endorsed Kamala OR Biden. In fact, he has always been ADAMANTLY opposed to them. Again. Watch and LISTEN to his speech. He was very clear about why he made the decision he did.
