Sick kids.

The kids both had doctors appointments, he child was sick most of last week and missed school for 3 days. Something he's not complaining about, and something he tries to do as much as possible. Now he was really sick for two of those days, but probably could of gone the third, and could of gone yesterday. But.
She child could of gone today, but I had a feeling she was going to milk it and if we would of driven her and taken her to school, she would of gone to the nurse and asked to be picked up so we let her stay home today as well with the understanding that she has to go to school tomorrow.
Third week of school and we are already playing this game. Someone send some vodka, its gonna be a LONG year.

I keep hearing that song school days schools SIGH best of luck to you getting through the year, My poor mom got a double whammy, I went to grade school during the week and on Saturday I wanted to watch the morning cartoons but had to got to Saturday Latvian school, So there were times when I would pretend sick during the week and be definitely sick on a Saturday, Mom didn't know if she was coming or going and she worked as well,

When I was in school, I didn't start till after labor day- but I went to school and grew up on the opposite coast. Here they start in mid August and get out in May.

Sorry that they were sick. Yeah, it's tough when they want to milk it longer than they should. Hope they have a great year with no more sickness.

He milks any kind of anything he gets. He missed 24 days last year. I hate it. But he has a really bad immune system and is a hypochondrac , but he wants to milk everything.
