Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 94 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The real feel is 102!

I have the windows closed and the AC turned on. I just woke up from a nap. I was thinking of going over to the pool earlier but not now that I see how hot it is out there. Nope. No thank you. I will have to get over there early tomorrow. Well "early" meaning at 11 when it opens up. No big plans for the afternoon. I have Whiskey here along with the cat crew. I'm trying to hide from the smoky neighbor. He and I have come to a truce but he keeps hitting on me and that just isn't going to happen. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

Wow that's hot. I'd love a dip in a pool, but not if I have to walk out in that kind of heat to get there. How is the baby tolorating the dog? Or, is she playing hide and lets see if we can give mom a heart attack?

Claire isn't even 3 months old yet and she has no fear. She hisses and spits at him if he gets too close. She is a little spitfire.
