My summer hoilday life

Let me share my recent summer vacation life. This summer I went to Haiou Island in Guangzhou, located in Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. Although it was a long way to go, it was worth the journey before I came to the beach. Looking at the choppy sea, it seems that the previous learning pressure has been washed away by the waves of the sea. Plus the right weather, the mood is even better, when you are the pressure of life or worry to lose confidence, then look at the choppy sea. I think staying at home for a long time will have negative emotions, go out and walk more, can make our mood relaxed, you can also go out and walk more when you are free, it is very important to maintain a healthy life

I hope you enjoyed your holiday. 
We haven't been on vacation in years. Syd doesn't like driving far anymore. When we used to go on holiday we used to stay in the UK. We went to Burnham-on-sea in Somerset every year for years!
