Hi, everyone! Have you tried following a Keto diet to lose weight?
The Keto diet is a way of eating that involves consuming more fat while significantly reducing carbs and sugar. Essentially, you need to cut down on carbs and sugar or eliminate them entirely from your diet. Instead of eating foods like rice or sweets such as orange juice and candies, you replace them with water and other low-carb options. Additionally, you should consume healthy fats from sources like avocados, eggs, and nuts. It's also important to engage in some form of exercise, such as walking, dancing, or any type of physical activity.
I've done the Keto diet in the past and lost around 35-40 kgs in 3 months. I also incorporated OMAD (One Meal a Day) and Intermittent Fasting. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it became difficult to find food suitable for Keto, especially since rice and noodles are staple foods in Asia. I gained a lot of weight during that time, and it has been very challenging to lose it again.
How about you? Are you into dieting as well? What types of exercise do you do? How do you keep yourself healthy?

I also incorporated water diet while on Keto. I mean I only took water for 5 days and did exercise. It was an amazing feeling. But now, I find it very hard to even start.

@anya12adwi Ah, yes. Sorry for the wrong choice of word. Water fasting, that is. I didn't take any solid food for 5 days. I tapered it from one day, and when my body got used to not eating for 2 days, I tried 3 more days and I always ended up giving up on my 6th day. So, my body can only do 5 days. I didn't do it every week, though. I did it once every three weeks and I varied it to 3 days or 5 days. Still, OMAD (One Meal a Day) did a lot of help.
However, this is not advisable for those who haven't done in the past and I won't recommend it especially if you have medical conditions. You need to consult your doctor before doing any types of fasting and diet programmes.
