Well, actually it's yesterday's now because it's after midnight here in the UK again.
Mum is still in hospital so I had to go on my own again. I had to ask Syd for some money because Mum's money was running out. He dropped me off at the Tesco again and I told him to pick me up at 4:30pm again. A button had come off my blouse so I had to keep checking I wasn't gaping! I went to get a trolley from.the trolley bay and then I went in and got rid of the soft recycle before going up on the lift.
I got two magazines when I got into the main shop, an SFX magazine that had Doctor Who in it, and an Artist's and Illustrators magazine which had a free mini booklet about how to draw the natural world.
Then I went to get a bottle of water, and I managed to find some seaweed thins. I didn't need any prawn layered salads as I've made another tofu and couscous salad again!
After that I went and got Syd some multivitamins, and I went to the fashion department to get myself a new blouse. (I'm not good at sowing buttons on!) I'll get my Mum to sew my button back on when she gets out of hospital, or my friend Yasmin might sew it on when she comes round for the papers for her pets sometime. Anyway, I saw a black blouse for £18.50 but I thought it was too dark. Round the other side I saw a white blouse that I thought was pretty. But they were high up - or too high for me, and I couldn't see if there was a size 14, so I looked round for a shop assistant. One went passed and I went over and asked the shop assistant if she could see if it had a size 14 for me. She got me one down and I put it in my trolley trying not to crease it and trying to keep it away from all the other stuff I was going to put in there.
I went back then and went to the fruit and veg section. I could only get a small pot of pomegranate seeds again. I got the usual stuff. I got some more little gem lettuces. The organic bananas looked like they were going brown already so I got some ordinary small bananas instead.
Then I went round the other side and got 2 pots of edamame beans and I decided to get some more carrots as mine were going down.
I got my vegan yoghurts and some kombucha again, but I didn't get any milk because there's only Syd using it and the fridges are full of milk, and I didn't get him any puddings for Sunday because I saw that he'd still got one left from the last time I got some.
So after that I went and got some tofu and some Fridge Raiders meat free bites. Then I went and got some sesame oil and some soy sauce.
Next I went to the cakes and got some cream cones for Syd for his supper over the next couple of nights. I also got some Mr Kipling cakes.
Then it was off to the teas and coffees isle. I got some bourbon biscuits for Syd and some Matcha and camomile T-bags for me. Then I got my Love, Corn and I looked for some Butter Puffs for Syd but I couldn't find any. I did find some corn cake things that I thought I'd try so I got some of those.
So then I went to the frozen section. I got some more vegan magnum ice lollies and some frozen onion. Round the other side I got a box of 4 Jacket Potatoes for Syd. He wanted some Aunt Bessies chips, but I couldn't get any Aunt Bessies chips so I got some McCain instead, even though I knew we already had some McCain chips at home. But I did pick up a small bag. Then I got some battered cod ready for when Mum comes out of hospital, and I got some king prawns and some salmon chunks for me. They still didn't have any salmon skewers so I got some salt and pepper prawns instead.
Getting the blouse and taking my time looking for the butter puffs had made me later but it was still only 4:00pm when I was finished. I payed for my blouse out of my own money, and I got a new bag to put it in.
After I'd payed I went and sat on a bench for a bit, making sure I covered the gaping hole where my button had come off! Then I went and swapped my book at the Tesco book swap. I went and sat back down on bench and read the whole of the interview with Russell T Davies (showrunner of Doctor Who) in SFX magazine!
When it was 4:25pm I started off for the lift, getting rid of some spent batteries in the battery recycle tub on the way. I was about to press the button to call the lift (the button has been fixed now) when the door opened and two people came out, so I could go straight in. I saw some wrappers on the floor of the lift so I picked them up, and when I got out of the lift I went and put them in the soft recycle recepticle.
I went and sat on a bench in the undercover car park for a few minutes while I waited for Syd. An old lady asked if it was OK to sit on the bench, and I said 'Cos. She said, Thank goodness for benches! A few moments later a van turned up in the pick up point and the old lady went and got in that.
It wasn't long after that when Syd came and we put the bags in the boot. I told him I couldn't get any butter puffs or Aunt Bessies chips, and that I got McCain's instead. He said we've got some of those (which I already knew) but he said they'd come in.
When we got home I unpacked the groceries and put them away. Then I had my dinner and watched some telly. Then I put out the recycle for the recycle bin man coming tomorrow. Then I got myself a cup of tea and watched some more telly. Then I washed up and then I watched some more telly!
What have you lot been getting up to today?
I hope you are all well.
Have a great night.

That was such a nice thing for you to do, to pick up the discarded wrappers in the elevator. I’m glad you could find a blouse to make up for the one you have a button off. I’m no good at sewing buttons on either.
I’m not up to much. I plan on having lunch with my dad and my stepmom tomorrow. I’ll be getting groceries too.

Well, I can't stand seeing rubbish on the floor! Why can't people learn to take their rubbish home, or at the least just put it in the soft recycle when they got out of the lift instead of just throwing it on the floor of the lift??
Thank you very much. Yes, I was determined to get a new blouse. The black one was nice but I wanted one in a lighter colour.
I hope you enjoy whatever you do even though your not up to much. I hope you enjoy your lunch with your dad and step-mum. I hope you can get everything you need when you go grocery shopping.
I hope you are well.
Have a nice day.

@sharonelton Exactly! It’s so easy just to put your garbage where it belongs. Why not just do the right, and completely easy thing, and dispose of it properly.

@AmbiePam Yes! I don't understand what the fascination is of leaving litter on the floor! It's not hard to put it in the bin or recycle!

Thank you very much. Yes, I like my new blouse. The black one was nice but I wanted one in a lighter colour. I did do good, didn't I? And Syd got nearly all his money back! He got just over £95 back. And I payed for my blouse with my own money.
I hope you are well.
Have a nice day.

Thank you very much. Yes, I hate it too! It wouldn't have been too hard for them to take it out and put it in the soft recycle recepticle themselves!
