After Guitar Center, I have music practice and then a small birthday gathering to go to. Both Mark (of Mark and Nataly fame) and I have birthdays early this month.
I hope things go smoothly. I am not even sure where we're having our music practice.
Tomorrow Burl Jam has what will be our final gig. Lead singer Mike (aka Burl) is moving to New Orleans at the end of the month. Our gig will be at the East Contra Costa Historical Society. Stop by if you're in town.
Anyway, how is your Saturday shaping up?
I'll attach the first song @Vandana7 posted on my tunes. Nataly does not know to this day that she inspired it. Long story.

I’ve had lunch. Maybe a drive down to Fort Knox, or go back home and stick the ice pack on my foot.

@TheHorse — it’s cool enough here to have the wind do it for you. Yesterday it was 93, today it was 63 when I left home.

When I had my knee pains, I did go try many things...two things that I felt worked for me was hitting or slapping the knee all around for a couple of minutes, every three hours.
Along with the slapping technique, I used cabbage top leaves...used my rolling pin, flattened it, tied it around the joint...for almost two hours, each day...for almost a week.
I don't know which technique worked, but yes, my knee pains are considerably down.
The theory is......... when we slap the joints, any blood blocked there, or any muscle caught up there, will be released....to bring in regularity it needs to be done till the issue is resolved.
As far as cabbage leaf is concerned, that is just vitamins and moisture from outside to help any drying up muscles to remain turgid.
Trying slapping the foot all around may help.
Slapping should not be as hard as ...I want to when JJ, DE or Pony mention sharks.
They are not growing up...sigh.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I hope your gig goes well. Saturday had a slow start. I kept falling asleep and vegetating. Hope you are having a good weekend.

I will clean up some of the papers I had inside the drawers I gave to Leticia yesterday. Then I will clean up my kitchen floor and think up what to put inside the giant containers that Jorge bought for me. I wanted smaller ones

Okay, real random.
I have a few things I should get washed and some house chores I should consider. I also am putting time on here to make those pennies.

The annual festival of Lord Ganesha has started yesterday. And it will culminate on the 17th of this month. So these next 10 days are going to be hectic as well as pleasant. So that's how the weekend Saturday has been. Today is Sunday, the 2nd day, and it's comparatively a bit calmer. That's how it's been so far!
