How do you make tuna mousse? First I have heard of it.

@snowy22315 I mix a drained can of tune ( a big one) with a cup of homemade mayo (you can use bought mayonnaise too). I also add yogurt (the same amount), salt and spices and I also add some thinly diced either chives or bunch onions (the green part and this is optional). The last part is to add cold water to natural unsweetened gelatine, stir until dissolved and heat in the microwave oven for 1 minute. then, as soon as it is coldish, I stir it into the rest of the mixture. I have a special cake pan and you can turn it into a pan once it has jellied. I do the same with avocado paste. Same other ingredients.

@snowy22315 - We finally went for maccheroni with a spicy tomato sauce. My husband was not in the mood to have a risotto, too hot.

I like them on veggie burgers too. The Sargento cheese guys add a slice of Munster to their grilled cheese sandwiches.
