The photo is one that I took when I went on the Lake Quinault hike/excursion. Wow. I pulled the garbage can in from the curb this morning. While doing that I looked sideways in my front yard and spotted lots of sweet red cherry tomatoes dangling from my largest tomato plant. Oh my. That motivated me to troop into the kitchen to find a bag. I harvested at least fifteen 'maters. Small but tasty. I decided to try walking without a cane. I headed down the side of the property toward the green bean plants. The gigantic walnut tree makes the area shaded and peaceful. I found a plump handful of green beans. Supper is going to be tasty tonight. While I was out there I heard a nattering sound. The Nat nat nats!!! were coming from some tall trees off my property. I finally figured out that the racket was probably a squirrel. He most likely thought I was trespassing on his doorstep. I called both dogs in and said a pleasant 'good day' to the little fellow.
