Yes, I'm still alive. My lack of sleep finally caught up with me and I slept and vegetated this morning. Thank you to those that questioned my absence.
Spoke with him last night. PT went well. He mostly talked about the goings on around the facility.
Did I tell you that I finally received the disk with the physical therapy records on it? I did not, however, receive the letter with the password in it. Maybe that will come next.
The grab bar guy didn't show up. They rescheduled my appointment to Monday at 6 pm.

You might be able to use that password to look up the records online. Annoyngly, when I had to collect records, I had to do it in-person dragging George with me.

The records are with a company other than the rehab facility.

I nearly did the same thing. Ended up going back to bed today, I had about 6 hours of sleep in 3 days and I was absolutely wiped. The bags under my eyes could have been in the Guiness Book of World Records. I feel so, so much better after some more sleep. It really helps, I hope you feel better, too.
It's such a pain when people don't arrive when they say they will, at the specified time. I hope the Angi guy shows up on Monday.

I do not understand why so many repair people, service people, whatever you call them, often make appointments and then don't show up for them. In the era we live in that every single one of them has a cell phone, they could at least have the courtesy to call if they cannot make it.

It sounds as if things are moving, just very slowly. No wonder you need rest, just from the mental energy you have spent trying to keep things going. I am glad you could sleep.

I always have trouble sleeping. It's not unusual for me to be up for 48 hours.

Yes. I finally gave up on Walmart and ordered it from Lowe's. The installation was more expensive; but at least it will get done.

Linda, I'm so glad you were able to rest last night. Hopefully you'll get the password to read the disk.
Please be extra careful not to fall until the grab bar can be put up. I really depend on one in the shower.
Good news, I've gained two pounds....yay!
If the PET scan doesn't show any sign of cancer, (praying it won't), then I'm going to find a new Gastro doc about the stomach issue. My other Gastro doc just basically gave up on me.
Take care of yourself, tell your husband hello and that I'm praying for both of you.

I'm glad that you gained some weight. It took me 30 years of debilitating nausea to finally find a doctor that diagnosed me with IBS-C and gave me medication that got rid of the nausea. Don't give up on finding a doctor to help you. Thank you for your prayers.
