Yesterday I did not turn on my heater. But today I have it on in the minimum and I´m still in bed. The hour changed but I don´t know if my body accepted the change. For the moment I saw a romantic movie very early in the morning. But when I woke up for breakfast, I discovered that I hadn´t taken my pills and that my back hurt a lot. So I warmed my seeds pad and got back into bed after taking my pills. The doctor gives me free pain pills for my knees. That arthrosis is covered by the government. BUT an arthrosis that is not covered started when I had back surgery over 25 years ago. When the knee doctor started to give me these pills, I talked to said pills () and told them to go to my back. They did it. And my back is better when I take the Tramadol, the Celecoxib and the Paracetamol. I don´t mind getting an addiction. I was addicted to ciggies for 50 years and nothing happened. Now I´ll see if I can have my second part of breakfast. I hope my house is warmer. See you soon.
