Bit sleepy for the 6th training day

It's 4:23am of Tuesday here in Philippines. My first training day for the week and 6th training day for this job.
I'm bit sleepy. I don't know why. I have enough sleep. However since I came from rest days, I've slept almost all day yesterday to gain strength. And now, I think, I'm oversleep.
I love my current work. Hoping it will last long.
