He didn't call again last night; so I don't know what's going on.
Spoke to the judge's team today. They have a decision on our appeal; but they can't give me the information over the phone. I have to wait for the paperwork in the mail.
The grab bar installer was a no-show for the 2nd time. I rescheduled for next week.
Paid the September bill for the rehab facility. Sigh.

Nope. Found out the next day that they had sent an email saying that the appointment was rescheduled. I only check my email once or twice a day. They should have called.

I hope the appeal is good news for you and that you get the verdict quickly.
I don't know why the guy couldn't call and say he wasn't able to make the appointment. Crazy that this is the second time he was a no show..
I admire your patience Linda. I probably would have had a breakdown by now.

@LindaOHio it's plain rude when you can't even get a phone call. Everyone has a cell phone so it's not hard to make a quick call and reschedule. Hope he shows up for your next appointment.

It’s really disheartening when repair workers and/or installation workers do not show up. I have had several instances with windows of time given like “we will be there between 1-5 pm” so I cancel everything for that day to be home, and they don’t show up. I usually try to get someone else. That’s no way to run a business.
I know you must worry when he doesn’t call you. He is more than likely snoozing away.

Where did you find your installer? I have had pretty good luck with THumbtack. I only pick those highly recommended.

I ordered the grab bar from Lowe's and checked off the box for installation @ $89. It turns out Angi is the installer.

You’d think they could at least let you check online. Heck, the VA lets us check our appeals online!
You’re far too kind. I’d be screaming bloody murder over the repeated no-show. (I know, you need it installed and it’s hard to find someone who will…)

why aren't they showing up to do the job?
I'd be calling them or some 1 to ask them what
is going on, or I'd find some 1 else to do the job.

Unfortunately Angi is the installer for Lowe's. I paid $89 for installation; so I'll have to stick with them.

@LindaOHio that sucks, NOW I know to stick with
doing stuff like that is to do it myself or a good friend.
I have never trusted contractors cause I know how
they can stiff you & leave you hanging for god knows.
