So how exactly certain foods can help us lose weight, and also improve our overall health and well-being? Foods like leafy greens, fish, and whole grains are packed with nutrients that support weight management and provide essential vitamins and minerals. The list goes on and on, the need varies according to preference and underlying illnesses. We don't know for sure what really works and what doesn't. I know for a fact that if you simply eat responsibly and mindfully, with regular exercise combined, there's nothing much to think about anymore. You'll lose weight before you even now it.

If my mood swings from good to bad, I kind of lost the discipline. But every day is a new day, and I just start all over again.

I agree with you. Eating vegetables and fruits can help you lose weight. You also need to avoid processed foods. Taking long walks and running can help you lose weight

I can't avoid it sometimes. I give in to cravings while still trying to be mindful in keeping a balanced diet.
