Two Crazy Subsitutes that Taste Better

I didn't have eggs to make the cake so tried apple sauce. It was fantastic! I'll always use apple sauce when the baking recipe demands eggs There was no tomato sauce at the shop so I bought ketchup. A little bottle of ketchup. I mixed it with some oil, some water and my usual spices, and it came out so delicious I will never buy tomato sauce again!

I often times use ketchup in substitute for tomato sauce and it always works

I’ve used applesauce instead of eggs, and mayonnaise instead of eggs. I love the results of both.
