A Triple Whammy at Schnucks

You know I love saving money wherever I can—and making money too. And even though it is not entirely true that I am necessarily saving anything, let alone making anything on certain shopping trips, it kind of feels like it. For one thing, when I shop at Schnuck's I use the Schnuck's reward program, and as of right now I have just under $70 available to use. I am waiting for a big sale there (since Schnuck's is typically high) to use them—although I can use them in smaller chunks if I so choose. Discover is currently paying 5% cash back on grocery stores, so I can add that savings on top of my Schnuck's rewards. PLUS, I use the Upside ap, and Schnuck's is always offering something there. This time 4% back. So, all said, from a 54.28 purchase, I get 51 cents from Schnuck's rewards, $2.74 from Discover cash back and $2.04 from Upside, for a total triple whammy reward of $5.29. Not bad for a days work, hey?
