how can i let go of someone i really love???

i have this gf and we are working in the same office and its really hard for me not to see her..so everytime i saw her,i can remeber our past and its really hurting me..what should i do???

It's really so hard to let go of a relationship if the feeling is still there. Try to find someone new. New that can fill the emptiness that your x-gf of yours have left or else a new that can give you more than what your x can. It's just that you're not both meant to be so don't lose your hope. God is just busy for now preparing the right one for you...So, just wait.Okay?

If u love her there should be no problem ,u should be happy that you can see her whole day.Are u referring to your ex-gf .Please a bit clear in your discussion.If its ur ex-gf then it'll be problem try to get into the professional atmosphere and mask ur feelings and act as though she means nothing to u and after sometime you'll be at ease even when she is around.
