Pandemic

I was reading something about how people were locked in during the pandemic and had to feel a sense of brilliance. When the pandemic hit, I had been living in one of the upscale busy areas. Three different supermarkets in easy walking distance, two pharmacies, there's a dentist, there an eye doctor, on and on, an area that was crowded. In fear I raced to behind the world where social distancing is standard. Outside of going to a nearby town to do monthly shopping, visit banks and other stores I stayed put. Out here we have a few corner chops and automatically stayed outside with our masks if anyone was inside. Each day I went to the cove twice for a swim. I wore my mask more as a dust protector for there were few people within five arm's length. Instead of locked in I spent most time outside. It was a wise choice.

I didn’t do anything different but wear a mask when it became a mandate. I just lived my life and I didn’t get it, thank goodness. I think we all did the best we could considering it was such an unprecedented time. I’m very glad you stayed safe.
