Review: Coke Zero Oreo

Yeah you read that right.
I had seen this particular flavor on TikTok for the last week or so, so when I saw it in store when we picked up pizza last night I decided to try it.
I knew before opening the bottle that the Coke Zero was going to throw me off. I've never really been a fan of Coke Zero. I like it better than Diet Pepsi, but I'm not a fan of any Pepsi.
It's described on the bottle as "fizzy cookie flavored", which was not promising.
It smelled sweet. (Always smell things before putting them in your mouth) But nothing really like Oreos. The first tasted just like the fake sugar they put in Coke Zero. But then the aftertaste was sweet.
I took a few more swings before I could figure out what it tasted like.
Here's what it tasted like to me. It tasted like someone made a Coke Float with diet coke and cookies and cream ice cream then let the ice cream melt before drinking it. So was not a fan. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever drank, but it also wasn't great.
It was okay, maybe a 2.5 out of 5.

I thought it was going to taste more like Oreos. However it didn't. It tasted just fake and gross. But I don't drink diet beverages usually ever anyway.

Yeah. I don't know if you remember @JohnRoberts but he used to do them all the time, and when I did this one I thought about tagging him in it, even though he's been passed on. I loved that he tried all the goofy stuff. LOL

I bought one. Just one, thankfully. I like Coke Zero because it has “taste.” This tastes like the smell of off-brand Oreos. I’ll waste the two points for cookies and cream yogurt.

I didn't like the taste. I don't like the taste of Coke Zero. If they had come out with a regular Coke Oreo flavored it might have gotten better points in my review.

I have tasted Coke Zero drinks in the past and the taste was awful. I will never drink Coke Zero again.

You are brave. It even sounds nauseating. The only time I ever drink sodas is when I’m sick, and then it’s ginger ale or Sprite to settle my tummy. But the way you describe the taste, it really does not appeal in the least!
