Saturday Night Fish Fry

We decided to have mom spend the night with us Saturday night, and thought it might be a perfect time to whip up a batch of delicious beer battered fish fry. And just as expected, it was absolutely good eats. We also got a package of pre-cut coleslaw mix and a jar of delicious Marzetti's slaw dressing and made up a scrumptious batch of coleslaw. And then we had tater tots to complement it all and finish the plate. Something about beer battered fish. Just never tire of it, even if it can be a bit messy and time consuming to prepare. But worth every bit and of course, every bite.

I'm not a big fish fan; but I love Marzetti's slaw and tater tots. Glad you had a good meal. Have a great week.

If fish weren't as expensive as it is, I'd probably eat it like we do pork. lol. Marzetti's is the best. It's the only slaw dressing I will use.

MmmmmmUmmmm.... fish. I can't remember what I had for supper last night, or even if I had it. I know I had an over-ripe nectarine in the middle of the afternoon...

That's look delicious (the photo), we had beef yesterday and the other day we had fish. Thank you for sharing your brunch that makes me hungry... hehehehe.
