That my father before working was an alcoholic, and that was when he was 20 years old. And according to the conclusion obtained, that was the cause of brain nerve damage and dementia after 50 years pass. Have you ever investigated the causes of a disease? Some are from hereditary factors and some are from food and drink.

@Shivram59 Unfortunately in the modern era vegetables and fruits contain pesticides so we have to wash them first.

Most of the time, it was self-inflicted due to bad habits and a lack of discipline. My dad is still alive, but he was in and out of the hospital because of his drinking habit, but I am thankful to the Lord that he is ok now.

It turns out that medicine can also make someone crazy, that's what I saw when I took my father to the hospital. That's why I now prefer natural products without medicines that contain chemicals.

I have looked up causes of certain diseases. Some of the reasons mentioned are diet, smoking, drinking and heredity. These factors seem to be constants with many types of disease.

The lesson we can learn about this, is you will reap what you sow. So just sow good and you will reap goodness to your life.

We always try to spread goodness to all living beings, but sometimes it is not as we expect.

I'm not a doctor, but since my father had a stroke, I've probably learned from various sources. We take what is good!
