I Pray That Instant Noodles Is The Healthiest Food In The World

My Jin Ramen Last Night

Hi! It's been a while since I was here, I almost forgot my activities here, not because I am bored but because I don't know what to write, I am having writer's block again! Anyway, while I was away I also loosing my appetite eating and only instant noodles makes me full and happy. I usually boil water together with the seasoning before I put the noodles! Instant ramen is the best when you add two eggs and a few slice of cheese and boil it together and mix it with the noodles. The cheese makes the ramen creamy and the egg really ads taste to it. I ate it with a small bowl of rice! Do we have same taste when it comes to ramen? One of my favorite K-pop also wish that ramen is the healthiest food in the world, where you can eat it as much as you want in a day! Well, I can't blame him because I feel the same way, the only time I can't eat instant ramen when I am very very sick. But when I don't have appetite on food ramen saves the day. But since I ate it consistently for a few weeks, I need to discipline myself now, and should try not to eat it for at least 5 months, and I am not kidding. I have to take care of my health now, do you agree? Any Too Much is Bad. Last eating ramen while watching Korean drama is one of the best experience of the day always. But starting tomorrow I will deprive myself from eating it. How about you? How was your day? I hope everything is cool with you guys. To God be the glory. The photo was taken last night.

Unfortunately, they are one of the LEAST healthy foods on the planet with all the salt loaded in these. Terrible for the heart, and one day you'll probably have problems with hypertension. I would eat this in moderation. They ARE good. But NOT good for you.

I agree, that is why even though I am craving for it now I deprive myself from eating it. Maybe next month I will eat I guess twice. I really like the taste. Thank you for commenting and for the info and concern. God bless.

I ate some ramen in braised beef, and it was so good. I try not to use the whole flavor packet though because of all the sodium. But the ramen noodles I used were plant based, and you couldn’t even tell!

Before I don't put all the flavor also in my noodles but not because of sodium but because I want to lessen the spicy taste. Lol! But having mild ramen is okay, I love the taste so I usually mix all the flavor in it.

This sounds like a good way to cook ramen. One of my favorites. Good flavor and cheap. Think I'll buy some this week.
