I guess a matter of personal preference.
I prefer Winamp as it is more compaact and has a faster interface. WMP seems to have more options though.
Its a lot easier to work with Winamps playlist also.
Just my 2 cents for Winamp!
And yeah - winamp skins make it look so much cooler than WMP.

I have used Winamp for many many years and I have tried other media players as such as Foobar, iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc. but nothing beats Winamp. So simple and great:)
