We had a nice time with Claudia. And while I was waiting for her to arrive I cooked some rice. So, after she went away, I made an escalivada with some veggies I had and lots of olive oil. And for lunch I heated rice and poured over it part of the veggies and oil. Delicious! I have escalivada for a sort of dinner with bread and coffee. I finished the cake with Claudia and will not buy another until Diego goes away. I discovered that he eats all that he finds in great quantities and does not ask first if he can do it. I thought I had more cake but I had a few slices left. And he had eaten all the bananas and I stopped him from eating all the ripe avocados only because I happened to see him while he was peeling them. Tomorrow I will soak lentils to make for Tuesday. And on Wednesday I´ll make more pasta. Pasta is easy and inexpensive. Now I´ll take a nap. And later on, I´ll wash my hair. Tomorrow morning I have to go to the doctor and then Karla, the vet, will come to see Luna. She has something that could be an allergy or an infection. The vet will be expensive. But Luna deserves it. See you later, friends.
