The news has just come through that shots were fired at a golf club where Donald Trump was playing golf.
According to the BBC, agents saw someone pointing a rifle at the golf course and fired on the suspect, who then dropped the gun and tried to run away. The suspect is now in custody.
It doesn't sound like the orange clown was in any serious danger, but I'm sure he'll be selling "Assassination Attempt 2" merchandise by the end of the week.

@VictorFrankenstein I will have to read more on this. Sounds like might be conflicting reports. News according to my sister because watching football. Anyway, she said, he got in SUV where he drove away, where police would catch him and apprehend the guy.
The say Trump was to far away to get a clean shot and they spotted him, why he just left. News is usually all over the place when story first comes out.

Yes, it's usually best not to jump to conclusions.

I heard that he's already selling the shirt he was wearing. In one-inch squares.

Well, he wasn't hit this time. But, people are either pretty stupid or pretty bold.

From what's come out so far, it seems that the suspect has serious, long-standing mental health issues.

@VictorFrankenstein That seems to be the general diagnosis of every shoter that's bold enough or stupid enough (haven't decided which), to open fire on humans.

Unfortunately, I am sorry to say it but I predict that ending for Trump won't be a good one,
