Blackfriars for Coffee

Today went for an amble along the River Thames to Blackfriars planning to visit another of my favourite coffee shops, this one being on the South bank.
Since I had my GoPro with me, I took a film as I crossed Blackfriars Bridge and making my way for a coffee. Walking across a bridge is none too exciting, so I edited that bit.
As I got closer to the cafe, there was some sort of filming going on. Lots of people milling about, but not much going on.
Still, a good coffee and a brownie cancelled out any disappointment on not seeing movie magic.

I could be the filming of one of my favorite movie series from the books, I loved all three Bridget Jones movies and now they are filming another one from the last published book in London, Perhaps that is what the filming was all about, You might find this interesting

I will have to check out the video! I have been looking into go pros for awhile. Think they would be good when we go offroading.
Everytime I think of the River Thames, I think of this scene. Regardless of how many things I've seen or read that mention it. It's always this episode of Doctor Who that comes to mind.

@Ronrybs Capaldi was brilliant. Eccleston was campy. Tennant was good, and Matt Smith was angry. If that helps.
It's worth a watch. Although Eccleston is a bit painful to watch, but I watched an interview with the producers who rebooted it and they said that they were trying to appeal to older Whovians children.
I will admit I don't have a whole lot of experience with old Who. I know 5th doctor well. I read all the books that they wrote, and listened to a lot of the radio stories for all the older Doctors. I HATED the 8th Doctor. Was a shame that they thought an American could bring it justice. But oh well.
