President Trump Needs a Get-Out-The-Vote Program!

According to the Washington Monthly Newsletter, voter turnout in the upcoming election is a major problem for the Trump Campaign and the Republican Party. That is why we are discussing it here. The Newsletter states that "Donald Trump's Get-Out-The-Vote-Plan is Bonkers!" This program outsources the work to inexperienced outside political action committees, and relies on the far-right wing Turning Point network. The panic from inside the Republican Party about the state of Trump's ground game is increasing. I suggested a common sense program of manning the phones and calling every registered Republican and reminding them that they need to vote in November. When the Republicans have been contacted, they can call the independents and ask for their votes. Do you agree that this is the best approach for the Republican Party and the Trump Campaign? Please give us your comments. Thanks Peter

The Republican party has always been poor at this. At the end of the day, I think anything we can do to remind Republicans of the importance of getting out and voting would be a good thing. We cannot let Harris win. We simply can't.

I think you are right. There are very few undecides that are up for grabs at this point. Voter turnout is the key to success. The party that is most determined to win, will get their vote out. I think Trump needs about a 90% turnout to win, and mobilizing the Republican voters is the key to victory.

He might as well make them now. When he gets to jail, he'll be limited to one.

Trump is running the GOP and his campaign the same way he ran all his companies. Right into the ground. I find it hilarious and highly entertaining.
