I walked until I started feeling a bit weak, then turned around and headed home. I clocked 16 minutes in my book.
I'm going to go out in a minute and try to water the plants. Weird--that little walk wore me out a bit--guess because I haven't gone for one in a few days. It was nice to be outside, though.
When I got home, I tried to make a phone call and amazingly got a hold of just the person that I wanted to speak to.
Right now, I am going to go and water the plants...well, after I do one more post.
Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

Thank you, my doctors described it as a marathon I’m going to be running for the rest of my life. But I see it as “if I can do it, so can you” kind of thing. I definitely love pushing people to their limits because for me it’s harder than it would be for the average person, so keep going even if you feel like you can’t! Your body is amazing and can get through trail and error as long as you keep it active.

I’m chronically ill and go one walks that can last up to four hours (I know, I know this sounds extremely excessive but I will likely end up in a wheel chair one day and I personally want to keep my legs for as long as I can) I absolutely love the fresh air. Keep pushing even if you’re short of breath and feel like you can’t keep going.

I am doing the best I can to enjoy my day working at home under a mostly sunny day.
