M - She's dead.
H - May I speak with her, I know she's there.
M - She's dead. She died in '17.

M - There is no Mr. Crouch, that was her father.

M - She was 69 when she died, what do you think?

Really, I mean, why does there have to be a "Mr. Crouch"? What do I have to do with anything they want from Connie? I mean, I didn't live with her the last 12 years of her life. I was still her friend, but I had nothing to do with her beyond that.
