While heading for a morning walk, I saw a man yelling at garbage man. Like literally yelling at the top of his voice.
I am sure, something must have happened unpleasing but the way he was talking was something made me rethink....
It's often said that the way people treat us is a reflection of their own internal struggles and not a measure of our worth. When someone behaves negatively towards us, it can be a manifestation of their own insecurities, frustrations, or issues they are grappling with. It's important to remember that we cannot control the actions of others, but we can control how we respond to them.
It's also beneficial to approach such interactions with empathy, understanding that everyone is fighting their own battles.

We have a neighbour here who is a nuiisance as she has no contorl over the way her dog barks incesseantly but those around tolerate it. I did tell her once that just because other tolerate that does not mean she should do nothing about it That shows her culture.
