Tea Break and Cookies

I spotted some new Jammie Dodger biscuits and as I hadn’t eaten any for a while, I grab a few. I didn’t know they now came in new flavours and mini ones as well. There are actually four mini biscuits in a packet, but Gaia decided they were just the right size for a cat to walk off with one, while I was getting my tea. I did like the strawberry ones, haven’t tried the apple and blackcurrent. There is also a banana flavour, but I decided I had more than enough Jammie Dodgers… if such a thing is possible! I guess the mini packets are to pop into the kid’s lunch boxes. With a good mug of tea it was an enjoyable break

@Ronrybs Not very difficult to make, I have the mold for the top with the heart in the center.

@LadyDuck That would be the hard part without the mould, still you can use your favourite jam!

I am so jealous! I saw the mini ones when I went to look up how much it would cost for me to order some on Amazon. It'll have to wait till next month.

When I have Oreos, I have some milk as a classic combination! Mostly, I like a good cup of tea with some bickies

Ah sure the lovely jammies. I miss them. I could buy them on Amazon but they would get here stale I bet and cost a bomb. We used have those and Jaffa cakes myself and my then wee son.

Those do look nice. We have biscuits that look a bit like this but I don't know what they're called. I don't think it is Jammie Dodgers.

I've seen them offered by coffee shops as their own brand and from other biscuit companies, so not surprised they are widespread

Most kind! I am very well just been caught up in trivia and chores. I am planning an itinerary for friends of my LA friend, who are coming to London and want to see a more 'unusual' side of of the city. I was thinking of hitting myLot again on Monday,, but today is a good day to start.

I haven't had cookies in a while, these look so cute! And Gaia seemed to agree. Good you didn't have too many, I didn't know it was possible to have more than enough either.
