I slept seven hours straight for the first after how many weeks or months without interruption. It must be the cold, headache and antihistamine.
I feel a bit better but the cold and a bit of headache is still here. The throat pain is gone after I drank coffee. I might have to see a doctor later. I will see.
I prepare sausages and eggs for hubby and daughter but my tongue is craving for another taste or dish.
What did you have for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

I had corn flakes for breakfast , Momo and rice for lunch and noodles for dinner. It was all fine in taste and enjoyed the food. My suggestion is always have a 7-8 hours sleeping window. It is much neccessary for body to be relaxed and be ready for things. Things went better when i started having atleast a 7 hour sleep. Deep sleeps are best especially when you are sick as body can repair and heal itself. I had a slight niggle on my knee and guess it has gone after a good sleep. Well, waiting for the weekend to arrive. Good to see you are recovering. Enjoy the rest of the day!

@rakski It is tibetan food originally. It has veg and non-veg options. Consider it as a spring roll but in a half moon shape. Thanks

I had a salad for lunch and a lasagna bowl for dinner. I am sure the sleep helped.

Sounds like your body was trying to tell you something. Your body is very run down and fighting infection. Perhaps a doctor's visit might help.

Get well soon.
I made my favourite all flour dumplings. They are steamed and tasty.
