This is what I ate I think 2 days ago at 4 in the morning I cooked this because I can' t sleep and I am also hungry. Waking up late makes me hungry, anyway I think I was up until 11 Am that day, but don't worry my headache is gone now.
I remember eating 3 sugar apple that day, and one banana if I am not mistaken. How about you, do you also cook and eat if you are having insomia or you just can't sleep due to unexplainable reason?

wow! I don't really have the tenacity for fasting.
But anyway if I feel a bit big... because you know I really eat a lot and I love sweets, I tend to eat sandwich or cookies for the rest of the day in a week.

Most of the times I give up my streak of intermittent fasting

I usually start it of with 12-12, that's super easy. You just eat dinner before six and eat breakfast after six. Easy peasy.
Then I go to 14-10, I will just drink black coffee without sugar at six am then eat breakfast at eight.
This is my usual, 14-10
But I'm stepping up, making 16-8. Come to think of it, it's not really hard. Sometime I eat early dinner.
It's also a way of training your stomach. You know that stomach adjust it's size to what we eat? If we are eating a lot then we suddenly eat a little, our stomach will still hungry because we train them to eat a lot.
I'm doing a fasting challenge now, 300hours of fasting in 28 days. When I compute it, it's very doable. Just 12-12 fasting everyday for 28 days.

Red rice is good for the oldies, because it lessen their sugar intake unlike when you eat the regular white rice. But the reason why we are eating red rice is because that was suggested by our parents ' doctor. They need to lessen the intake of sugar.
The white one taste better lol!

That's an interesting food combo I've never tried. When I had insomnia, I used to eat something, but no more. It would just upset my stomach.

Do you eat chocolate then? They say eating sweets can make you sleepy.
