Should I go to the pool and read?

I am done with my Guitar Center lessons! It is pretty hot out. I am tempted to grab my Hillerman novel and head to the pool. But, dang it, I am hungry too. But I can't tell what I'm hungry for. The water in the pool is kind of cool now. I'm not sure whether I'd go all the way in. Why does life have to be so complicated? What would you do in my situation?

I'm not too fond of cold water so I'd probably wouldn't be going all the way in. Having said that, I always enjoy it if I do manage to go in.

@JudyEv I don't agree with that N. Carolina dude that slavery is good. (Have you read about that?) But being enslaved by a cat does give my life a sense of purpose.

I don't like cold pool water, unless it's really, really hot outside, so I would not get in the pool. But that's just me. What would I do? Eat my dinner and read my book! Sounds wonderful to me..
