This AM I am drinking some Olipop healthy soda. It has really interesting ingredients in it like Jerusalem artichoke and cassava root. Marshmallow rool is another thing.It has quite a bit of dietary fiber in The flavor is about a third of the calories of regular soda I am not promoting this, but I enjoy it. It's rather costly, but might just be worth it.

You can't really call this soda even though I did. The ingredients are completely different. It is a soda alternative.

@snowy22315 This past Saturday I got two cans of the Olipop. The cherry vanilla and the crisp apple. I didn't like the cherry vanilla. The crisp apple was pretty good. But I didn't like how they made me feel after drinking them. I probably won't get them again.

@shaggin I know the Olipop has a strawberry vanilla flavor I am glad I got the grape. I noticed Walmart looks like they have this for a pretty affordable price so I will check it out when I go there Weds.

I have never heard of Olipop. I once a month or so have a bottle of flavored water but other than that I drink only ice water. I have a lot of bottles I keep full of water so I always have water to put in my new water bottle that claims it keeps water ice cold for 24 hours I tested about 10-12 hours and they are right!
I do sometimes drink soda when I go out to eat as a treat!

@LovesEverybody I think so, but natural type sweetners. Also, there are some juice concentrate in it, which I am sure adds to the sweetness.

@snowy22315 does it have any sweeteners? I may get a soda when we go out to eat at the end of the week before my sister takes me to the beauty salon and shopping.
I am not sure where we are going out to eat though! I suggested Arby's since I got coupons in the mail last week for them!

I don't have the can in front of me now. 45 calories per can and very low in carbs. It is pre or probiotic too. I was surprised how well it worked as a laxative, although of course that wasn't the reason I bought it.
