Happy Monday morning...or maybe not so happy.
So if you've seen even some of the news you know that the grim reaper hit hard over the weekend. Kris Kristofferson, Maggie Smith along with others. Our EMS director though not a national celebrity, just a hometown one, was among those that passed as well.
None of it seems real. My childhood in the celebrities and a new-ish friend . Hoyt was cheap but he was a good man. His services will be on both Tuesday and Wednesday because he touched so many lives here in Smithville. Well the services will be Wednesday but he has a full day of visitation Tuesday and some of Wednesday before the services.
It's just been a hard weekend.
I've started a Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. It's been on my to be read list for so long, I finally jumped in. I'm not even half way through it but definitely interested.
I finished Winnie the Pooh's puzzle and glued it this morning. The next puzzle will be Pandora from Avatar. One thousand pieces of landscape which means very few colors to help guide me. Should be great lol.
The social media thing is still going pretty well. It's something fun but I haven't really broke the influencer plane...not even close lol. I'll keep trying though.
I got to Chris's house at 10:30 this morning and I can't believe it's after one already. The day is going by so fast.
The shop is doing decent. Lots of Halloween going and hopefully the pop up will help out even more. I'm taking mostly halloween and christmas since they're so close together.

@anya12adwi I only take an hour or two at a time. That's why it takes me so long to do them. That way I don't run out of patience lol

He is a huge part of the community. It was also very unexpected, he wasn't even sick that we knew of.

I am working on completing surveys as well as sharing news reports trying to overcome the disappointment of going my cardiologist since my ride to the clinic never arrived to be pick me up.
