Busy helping a friend.

First he went with us to pay his cell phone. They were closed to take a break. The whole building closed for a break. Not enough help or what.
Than we went to the second cell phone location. They were closed for a meeting? What? He could not pay his cell phone in two locations. That was a waste of our time for something he could not do. We will take him back tomorrow.
Next he got a email saying his scripts were ready so we took him to get them. When we got there to the pharmacy. They were not ready. He had to wait 20 minutes. Finally he got them. After an hour not 20 minutes. What a mess.
Next he did get his groceries and we went back by the cell phone places and he still could not pay his cell phone. There is something wrong there. Someone could have taken his money. The second time it looked like they were having a party.
Anyway that was four hours with no phone bill paid and hour wait for meds that were suppose to be ready without a wait. Poor man he aplogized but like we told him not his fault.
We will take him tomorrow to pay his cell phone bill.

How annoying and what a waste of time. My husband's 2nd cousin went to pick up my order at Walmart; and they couldn't find it. This is the second time that has happened. She wasted an hour until they finally found it. Have a good day.

@jstory07 They used to be so good. Now I get emails that my order is delayed or, when someone gets there, they can't find the order.

Does he have a smart phone? If so every cell phone company I know of has a mobile app where you can pay online. Or, you can do it directly from the website. I perfer in-person, myself. But, I'm also comfortable with online because I don't drive.

Yes he does have a smart cell phone. I should ask him about paying online.

There is computers. Go online, many payment ways, very few ways to get paid. That needs to change to 50/50. Its so crazy all the ways you can pay someone, but very few ways to get paid in their ways of how you can pay your bills in terms of earning money. This world is to one sided, but my opinion.
