It's the most joyful festive time for the people of Bengal. The week of Durga Puja has already started. Artistic mega temples are beginning to take shape all over Bengal. Though the strike of junior doctors had halted the run up spirit , it has picked up momentum to some extent. However, the weather gods don't appear pleased. There are clouds over the sky. The met office has predicted rain all through the festive season . That might dampen the Puja spirit a little. " A little" I say because that past history has proved rain has always failed to pour cold water on the fire.
