Got my first sale today

Good day. Since I'm been on training for the new account for my new job as a customer service representative, today is my first sale. With my customer agreement, I closed a sale of plan upgrade.
Technically, today is the 3rd day for chatting. However, since I have technical issues on the first day, didn't got a chance to have a chat taking. Then, yesterday, got a chance to chat but no sale. And earlier got it
As of the moment, I'm taking my break then about to continue the job later.
