Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 60 degrees F and clear here at the Jersey Shore. It is just starting to get light out. The high for today is 77. Sweet!
It is a day off so of course I woke up at 5:30am. 
I was hungry so I got up with the idea of making some waffles but nothing has happened on that front yet. hahaha I sat down to check for recipes on EatYourBooks but I haven't even gotten to that site yet. 
I don't have any big plans for the day. That is fine with me. I like a quiet day. I'm sure I'll get up to something in the kitchen.
What's everyone else up to today?
