It's Never Too Early to be Thinking About Halloween

Now that October is finally upon us, it's time for me to switch gears and start thinking about Halloween. I know...it's still 4 weeks away, but when you live in Florida and don't really have a Fall season to look forward to, you have to grab hold of something to drag you out of summer mode (which it still feels like here). So Halloween is that escape from summer for me. All the Halloween yard decorations went up last night. I hated the fact that it was 90 degrees (32c) outside with 90% humidity and I was sweating like a cat in a Chinese restaurant, but up they went. And I felt a big sense of joy and excitement once the task was completed. And interestingly, within an hour of me getting all the decorations done, there were about a dozen kids outside oohing and aahing my works of art. I wanted to dress up like an old man and run outside waving a cane at them while yelling, "You kids get off my lawn," but I'm not that kind of old man. Yet. Anyway, I wanted to ask all of you in myLot land if you have put any thought into your Halloween costume this year. I have. I'm going to be Goofy Goober SpongeBob. I've already started putting together my costume, and it should be close to perfection by the time October 31st rolls around. So let's hear about it.
