I went out late at night and I just came back home right now, I bought Puto Bungbong because my family craves for it, so we had a light snacks before getting to bed... lol! As I walk going to the Puto BungBong Store I cam across this new coffee shop nearby and it has a very cheap coffee but excellent taste!
I bought one Spanish Iced Coffee Latte for only PHP 39! Can't believe that, this is much better to the first one that I've tried from a different coffee shop.
Pandemic really opens door for small businesses here in the Philippines, who says God cannot bless us in the midst of pandemic? Since the mall were close during that time, there are lots of new small entrepreneurs opened their businesses... since people can't go to the malls... they thought of bringing the most in demand items closer to the residential areas.
Can you imagine they risk to open a guitar shop, shoe salon, ice cream parlor, pet shop, groceries, and so many more during Pandemic.
Wow, and all of those business is still running up to now. Online Business also bloom during pandemic, I know a few relatives who are able to buy a house because of their online business, can you believe that?
God always have its own calendar for each and everyone of us. He knows when and how to bless us in a very different ways.
Just sharing, I just bought an iced latte and all these thoughts came in... and yes indeed pandemic is chaotic but to others it brought wealth.
Have a great day.

"Puto Bungbong" reminds me that Christmas season comes early in the Philippines. Memories of Christmas past flood through my mind, of times when life was simple and less complicated. But we exchanged all that for more convenience and ease. Am I that old? No matter. Waiting for Food Panda for my Jollibee snack. :)

Sad part of life, but I am hoping not all of us exchange that simple life for convenience, but I can say many people embrace the new era without any thought of keeping what's still good. Anyway enjoy your Jobee! Lol! That Bubuyog is really addicting. Lol!

Glad you found a shop that sells delicious coffee at a very competitive price.
It's great small businesses over there were allowed to run during the pandemic, it wasn't the same elsewhere. But I didn't mind many shops, especially restaurants, were forced to deliver at home because people just couldn't leave unless they really had to.
Being a homebody, I felt like the world was "adapting" to my needs.

Yes, but they need to abide with the protocols. Everyone that adapts to the new normal thing during pandemic are the one who really thrives.
