Good afternoon from this side of the planet . It is 1:30 afternoon as I write this post. It's gorgeous weather herewith bright sun and beautiful breeze. So, it's a laundry day. I washed two loads of bedsheets and towels and they are getting sun dried. It's vacation for me here. My vacation started on Friday and it's going to end on this weekend. I resume work on Monday. It's semester break here coinciding with the Dussehra celebrations in India. The festival season begins here. And we have our biggest festival of lights, Diwali falling on the last day of this month. It's on the same day as Halloween this year. And it is the time of deep Diwali cleaning around the house. Well, I do it on a regular basis, so there is not much to do. But still, deep cleaning does take time whenever I plan to do it. You keep cleaning and still there is so much more to do. Well, that is a functional fully lived home for you. Other than my therapy sessions in the afternoon, I am mostly busy with cleaning and my assignments for my course. I want to finish a bulk in this holiday. The festive celebration is not there this year as we lost our Aunt day before yesterday and things stopped in between . We will be mourning for thirteen days and so no pooja( prayers) and other celebrations. So, I am all free in this holiday and want to make best use of the time. I have made a good progress on both fronts. A lot of cleaning is done and I have made significant progress in my assignment completion too. I plan to spend some time around here in the evening today. I have to move now to finish some bit of the homework that is left. I want to finish before children start coming for therapy sessions. I just finished my notifications, made this post. I will come back and catch up what's happening in your corner reading your posts here later. There is a lot to catch up. Take care. Sending positive vibes to you. Stay happy and healthy.

Thank you. She was 96. Good thing is that she passed away peacefully in her sleep. Got a cardiac arrest.

Thank you for your thoughts..she lived for 96 years and passed away peacefully in her sleep. Had loving family members around her, who took good care of her till the end. She was sweet and loving. You too enjoy your time Well, cleaning around in a functional home is a never ending chore

I'm sorry you've lost your aunt. We talk about 'spring cleaning' but it doesn't mean much any more.

Thank you. She was 96. Good thing is that she passed away peacefully in her sleep. Got a cardiac arrest.. Yes, these days we have enough gadgets and equipments to make cleaning quick and less of work. We keep doing them so frequently that the traditional cleaning norms don't matter any more.

May your Aunt's soul Rest in Peace. Well, you could plan for the next three months , the activities you want to do other than the regular ones you are doing. I do have a plan for amonth and a quarter and try to execute them . sometimes successful and sometimes n. But the journey , the feelings are all the rewards and not neccessarily the outcomes. For me , I had a busy day from 4.30 till midnight and from my perspective is a mixed day. I would also need to complete a few things before Pooja holidays and hopefully I can and well looking to complete my tasks and activities. Enjoy the Holiday week!
