So many doing constructing and renovation

First, we have a tenant who's construction of his business is nearly completion. But not only it was met with opposition from relatives, it cause trouble to other tenants as well. One, suffered from the smell of the paints. Then, our neighbor begun their early stage of constructing a three story commercial building. But they annoyed us as well, throwing stuff and putting galvanize iron sheets on our roof. My aunt went up and scold them to remove it. recently, they went into our wooden and derelict patio trying set the steel to set up foundations of their building. From my understanding when our commercial space was built they built multiple wood support for that foundation and also for cementing wall. Lastly, our other neighbor were doing some renovations on their roof. They probably start having leaks when the last storm hit. Here, no renovation what so ever since we don't have funds for it. We just witness what both neighbors are doing. They're doing progress while we here are stuck.
