Well, my kids had an interesting start to their week of School. On Monday, I got an email from the school's principal telling the parents not to be alarmed that the school had an unplanned fire drill during lunch. Typically, when there is a planned drill, it's before or after lunch, so it doesn't get in the way of feeding the kids.
Anyways when the alarms went off due to a student pulling it for no reason. The students and staff evacuated as they had done before during practice drills. The fire department showed up in a timely manner, turning off the learn and ensuring the staff and students there were no fires found.
My middle kid was like yeah it happened during my lunch but they gave us and extra 10 minutes since we missed most of it during the drill..

I don't know if they have the right to tell parents which student did or didn't pull the alarm. There are cameras, so I'm sure they do know who it is. Their parents were probably notified, and some form of punishment with probably both the school and the parents happened. Probably.
I know for a fact it wasn't my kids, and they know some alarms have chemicals on them that will turn your skin blue if you do so. This way, they know how they did it even if it was needed.
