I just went out onto the landing to water my plants and saw my buddy Smoky McSmokerson out there by his door. 
My downstairs neighbor (who knows everything) said his mother told her he was out of jail even though we didn't see him around here. Who knows? Who cares? I will not be happy to smell the constant cigarette and pot smoke or to see the butts thrown all over the place.
He saw me watering the plants from a 3L Poland Spring water bottle. I filled it from the tap because I couldn't find my pitcher. He remarked that my plants were spoiled. I didn't correct him. Let him think I'm bougie.

That's terrible to have neighbor of smoker,sometimes,you have to suffer second-hand smoke.his remark is nothing i think,
