"What Retro Toys Did You Play With As a Kid?"

I played all the retro toys in the 90s as a kid. Guess what, so many memories that these evoked! Okay, okay, I will pick my top favorites from all of them. One is Tamagotchi. The most ridiculous concept ever! I carried it everywhere and fed it and played with it to keep it "alive". Even at school, sometimes my attention is diverted from my teachers' discussions. Game Boy comes in second. Man, when I was younger, I spent many hours playing Super Mario and Tetris on the original Game Boy. Hahaha it was so funny, that I played for so long that my mother got upset with me for not finishing my schoolwork and for fighting with my elder siblings because I wanted to play it so badly.

I had a very cheap brickgame that my dad bought me... but the best thing I had was not a toy but my very first walkman heheheehhe.

For me it was all about two things - "video games" and "action figures". I had a hand held casio video game which was a rage at that time .It lasted close to 13 years for me. Action figures were mostly WWF and from Japanese robot animation. Loved those toys to the core. I still have some of them safely away from everyone and well I did spent some time on Super mario and not much on Tetris. Luckily to a good extent , these did not impact my studies and I was lucky to balance my interests out and well nostalagic of the times. Never shared the toys with my sibling either. Lot fo memories!
