Mistakes and failures are bound on happen in our journey called life. Handling mistakes and failures is a critical life skill, which is often not emphasised enough. Children and young adults are taught about what they should or should not do. However, very few children are blessed to have been taught how to handle mistakes and failures. And often it is from hardships they learn their lessons. Question is whose responsibility would it be to teach the current or next generation on how to handle mistakes and failures. Schools? Teachers? Parents? Friends ? Life ? Or all? If yes to any one of these, how many of us were taught about handling mistakes and failures? I do not recollect anyone teaching me about handling mistakes and failures. There were few who suggested to take the route of lie and deceit in order to avoid admitting mistakes and failures. Then, with life I learnt it is better to admit the mistakes and failures and take the responsibilities. It was painful for some of the failures, for some it was the best route I took and face head on head with failure. In my case, it has been the life experience that taught me to handle mistakes and failures. So , whom do you think should be teaching us on how to handle mistakes and failures ?

It is good for you to thought yourself how to deal with failure even if its just you and life lesson. But it should start at home from parents and siblings as well. Parents should really thought their kids how to overcome life, and how to deal with life. Growing up is not easy but as I fail my parents always thought me to do the right things, explain to me what is wrong and what is right, they will always tell me what's wrong and why I am getting a punishment. growing up with those values I've learned from parents, teachers and good friends, I was able to overcome some of the challenges in life, take failure as a learning and not to get defeated by it, learn to accept facts,a nd learn to accept things that was not meant for me, and gladly embrace things and responsibilities that was given to me with care... though I am not perfect but I really tried my best and keep trying my best. to God be the glory.

One who has faced multiple failures, rejections and then succeeded without the success getting into his head should guide others and the one who genuinely wants to help others!

Failure they say is a stepping stone to success. I think most who own their mistakes will learn not to make them again.
