I did. I drove my little Toyota by McDonalds, both going and coming back. Rufus the loud barker guy was in the front passenger seat, Moxe the quiet gal on the back seat. My errand was to buy goodies for Monday's tea time. First I bought smoked salmon from a shop where the man selling it was the man who bought the salmon from a local fisherman and smoked it himself. After that I walked next door and bought two little prettily frosted cakes and a German brownie from the bakery. YUM. I bought a tuna salad sandwich for lunch. You bet I stowed the food in the car's trunk. The pups and I walked down a block of our downtown and then across the street and back to the car before we went home. Oh my Moxe was all ears and eyes and ready to zip on our walk. Lots of car noises and smells. I had quite a time holding her back but we got the job done. She needs tons more practice walking besides little shops and across busy streets. The excitement of being a teenage canine!
