Same same!!! Not dust mites but it will gather all the germs and bacterias and it will get dirty!

For some reason dust builds up quickly under and around the bed flooring . . . yah, I don't want bed stuff sweeping it up.

No, I prefer it above the floor level.

It's not something that worries me. I'm sure there are things that do but I can't think of them at the moment.

Have to admit that it is something I'd not worry about, but then my bedspread doesn't reach the floor!

Blackie and Buttercup like to pull the blankets down so they can hide behind the blanket. So the blankets touch the ground. I can not pull the blankets back up until they get out from behind the blankets. I have silly cats.

I don’t like my bedspread touching the ground. With the same reason that you have. I don’t even sit on my bed with the clothes I wore outside.

I have the same opinion as you do. I am sure most would also share the same opinion due to same reasons. Do not like the spread to touch the ground. Even if ground is clean, insects or any other thing moving to the bed spread is not something I am interested to dream even as a nightmare! I do not have my spread hanging on floor. I ensure that it is never touching the floor or even half way through .Would like to keep it that way , so that I peacefully sleep without overthinking on my bed spread. It has been so , for a long time and well have that habit stuck with me for a long time. Enjoy the day!

Yes! When it comes to spiders it's a bit different, I like those little cuties and I'm simply afraid of squeezing them in my sleep, so they'd better not climb. Other crawling critters, me ewws them.
